Became the fifth true freshman on the UConn roster when he accelerated his graduation from IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fla.), enrolled at UConn for the 2021-22 second semester and joined the team on January 7, 2002… Will practice and travel with the Huskies through the rest of the 2021-22 season, but not play in intercollegiate competition, preserving four seasons of eligibility

Consensus Top 50 recruit… Named Gatorade New Hampshire Player of the Year for 2020-21 after averaging 25.8 points, 8.7 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.9 blocks and shooting 60.3 percent overall… Led New Hampton, under Coach Andrew Gale, to the New England Prep School Athletic Council Class AAA tournament championship and was named MVP of the championship game ... Averaged 18.4 points, 7.4 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.6 blocks to earn selection to the All-Peach Jam Second Team.
